1.  What are different types of residential apartments offered by Shriya Properties ?

We offer  luxury residential apartments and affordable residential apartments based on the location and size of the project. Generally we offer 2BHK and 3BHK  apartments in the prime locations of the city.  Some times we offer 1BHK as part of the affordable housing projects. 

2. What is the duration of the residential apartment project?

Timeline for the residential project varies by the type of project whether its luxury project or affordable project. Though it varies generally  it could vary between 24 months to 36 months from the date of RERA approval. ( Once the RERA approval is received, all other approvals are generally done )

3. Does project include amenities ?

The amenities is again based on the project. The bigger projects generally include the amenities and smaller one depends on the location.

4. What are the amenities provided by Luxury Project?

Amenities is not mandatory for all projects. It depends on the projects. If the project specified the amenities, it might include some or all of the following.

  • Kids Play area
  • Gymnasium
  • Swimming Pool

 Note :  Amenities are specific to project. Enquire with the sales team for more details. 

5. What about electrical, water connectivity?

Shriya Properties make sure the customer gets electrical and water connectivity as part of the project. The price includes the charges. We pay to   corresponding departments as part of getting the approvals.

6.  Who provides the Completion Certificate?

Shriya properties will work on getting the Completion Certification (CC) from the authorities.

7.  Is Solar Energy in the apartment part of Project ?

 It depends on the project, discuss the sales team for more details

8.  Is Car Parking available for each house ?

Yes  there is  marked car parking for each house owner.  Company will allot the number once booking is done.

9.  Is there  price for car parking ?

    Yes, Car parking has separate price and discuss with our sales team to know more about it.

10.  What is Carpet Area ?

Carpet area is the area that can be used to spread a carpet inside the house. It is the net usable area of the apartment. It includes the thickness of the internal wall but excludes balcony or terrace.

11.  What is Built up  Area ?

Built up Area is the carpet area plus the thickness of outer walls and the balcony.

12.  What is Super Built up  Area ?

Super Built Up Area is the built up area plus proportionate area of common areas such as the lobby, lifts shaft, stairs, etc.
